TrueForm Repairs – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 21/05/2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by TrueForm Repairs (“the Contractor”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“the Client”, “you”).
1. Scope of Services
TrueForm Repairs provides handyman and property maintenance services including but not limited to:
Wall and plaster repairs
Painting and touch-ups
Property maintenance
Lawn and garden maintenance
Gutter cleaning
Shelving and fixture installation
Minor non-structural repairs
Interior cosmetic improvements
Feature wall installations
TrueForm Repairs does not perform:
Electrical work
Plumbing work
Structural building work requiring QBCC licensing
Asbestos removal
Licensed trade work outside legal scope
Any such works must be completed by appropriately licensed tradespeople.
2. Quotes & Acceptance
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the visible condition of the works at the time of inspection.
Additional works discovered during the job may require a variation quote.
Work will only commence once approval has been received in writing.
3. Variations
Any variation to the agreed scope of works, including additional labour or materials, must be approved before the additional works proceed.
Variations may affect pricing and completion timeframes.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in AUD.
TrueForm Repairs is not currently registered for GST.
Payment terms are Due On Completion.
Invoices may include:
Labour
Materials
Callout fees
Disposal fees
Travel charges where applicable
Late payments may incur recovery costs.
5. Materials
Unless otherwise agreed:
TrueForm Repairs will supply materials required for the job.
Material costs may include reasonable collection and handling time.
Special-order materials may require upfront payment.
6. Access to Property
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property.
Where tenants occupy the property:
access arrangements must be organised prior to attendance,
and pets should be secured where necessary.
Additional charges may apply where attendance is delayed due to lack of access.
7. Workmanship
TrueForm Repairs agrees to carry out services:
with reasonable care and skill,
in a professional manner,
and using suitable materials where applicable.
The Client must notify TrueForm Repairs of any workmanship concerns within 7 days of completion.
8. Limitations & Existing Conditions
TrueForm Repairs is not responsible for:
pre-existing hidden damage,
mould,
water ingress,
structural movement,
non-compliant existing construction,
or deterioration outside the agreed scope of works.
Colour matching for paints, finishes, and existing materials may vary due to age, weathering, or discontinued products.
9. Safety
TrueForm Repairs reserves the right to refuse or cease works where:
unsafe conditions exist,
hazardous materials are present,
weather conditions create risk,
or the works fall outside legal or licensing limitations.
10. Liability
TrueForm Repairs maintains public liability insurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
liability is limited to the value of the services provided,
and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
11. Cancellations
Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or attendance has occurred may incur charges.
12. Photography & Marketing
TrueForm Repairs may take photographs of completed works for:
quality records,
insurance purposes,
or marketing/social media use.
No identifying personal information or addresses will be published without consent.
13. Acceptance
Acceptance of a quote, work order, invoice payment, or instruction to proceed constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

TrueForm Repairs – Warranty & Workmanship Policy
Effective Date: 21/05/2026
This Warranty & Workmanship Policy applies to services provided by TrueForm Repairs.
1. Workmanship Guarantee
TrueForm Repairs guarantees that all agreed services will be carried out:
with reasonable care and skill,
in a professional and workmanlike manner,
and using materials considered suitable for the intended application where applicable.
2. Warranty Period
TrueForm Repairs provides a workmanship warranty of:
30 days for general handyman and maintenance services,
unless otherwise stated in writing.
Any workmanship concerns must be reported within the applicable warranty period.
3. What Is Covered
This workmanship warranty covers defects directly resulting from:
poor workmanship,
incorrect installation,
or failure of completed works due to installation error.
Where a valid workmanship issue is identified, TrueForm Repairs will inspect and, where appropriate, repair the affected work at no additional labour cost.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear,
accidental or intentional damage,
misuse or neglect,
water ingress or moisture-related damage,
structural movement,
cracking due to settling or existing building movement,
pre-existing conditions,
mould,
storm or weather damage,
colour fading or paint ageing,
material manufacturer defects,
or works modified by others after completion.
TrueForm Repairs is not responsible for hidden defects or issues outside the original agreed scope of works.
5. Paint & Colour Matching
While reasonable efforts will be made to match existing colours and finishes:
exact paint or material matching cannot be guaranteed due to:
ageing,
weather exposure,
discontinued products,
existing fading,
or prior paint variations.
Touch-up work may remain partially visible depending on the condition of surrounding surfaces.
6. Materials & Third-Party Products
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.
TrueForm Repairs does not provide warranty coverage for:
manufacturer defects,
faulty supplied products,
or materials supplied by the client.
7. Exclusions for Non-Licensed Works
TrueForm Repairs does not warrant or certify:
electrical systems,
plumbing systems,
structural works,
or any works requiring licensed trade certification.
Any such works must be carried out by appropriately licensed tradespeople.
8. Access for Warranty Inspections
The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for any warranty inspection or rectification works.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TrueForm Repairs’ liability is limited to the repair or rectification of the original services provided.
TrueForm Repairs is not liable for indirect, consequential, or unrelated losses.
10. Reporting Warranty Issues
Warranty concerns should be reported in writing and include:
property address,
description of the issue,
photographs where possible,
and date the issue was noticed.

These Invoice & Payment Terms apply to all services supplied by TrueForm Repairs.
1. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Residential customer invoices are due on completion of works.
Property management and approved commercial accounts may receive agreed payment terms as outlined on the invoice.
Payment terms commence from the invoice issue date.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
TrueForm Repairs accepts payment via:
Bank Transfer
PayID
Cash
Card Payments
Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)
Payment details will be listed on the invoice.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Estimates may vary where hidden damage or additional work is discovered.
Any additional work outside the quoted scope will require approval before proceeding.
4. Deposits
TrueForm Repairs may require:
deposits,
progress payments,
or upfront material payments
for larger jobs, special-order materials, or staged works.
5. Materials & Additional Charges
Invoices may include:
Labour charges
Materials
Disposal fees
Callout fees
Travel charges
Equipment hire
Emergency or after-hours rates where applicable
Material collection and procurement time may also be included where applicable.
6. Late Payments
Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in:
suspension of future works,
withholding of further bookings,
debt recovery action,
and any reasonable recovery costs being added to the outstanding amount where permitted by law.
7. Property Management & Commercial Clients
For property management agencies and commercial clients:
Written approval is required before works commence.
Variations outside approved works may require additional written approval.
Itemised invoices can be supplied upon request.
Before-and-after photos may be provided where appropriate.
8. GST
TrueForm Repairs is currently not registered for GST.
Invoices will not include GST unless otherwise stated.
9. Completion of Works
Works are considered complete when:
the agreed scope of works has been performed,
and the site has been reasonably cleaned and made safe.
10. Disputes
Any concerns relating to invoices or completed works should be raised within 7 days of invoice issue or completion of works.
TrueForm Repairs will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes professionally and promptly.
